Paolo is a gem! Even before we arrived he arranged transportation for us at a reasonable rate. Let us know where dine and watch the sunset, shop for incidentals, and a self laundry mat was conveniently located in front of the building. No need to lug a heavy suitcase through the streets.
While other hotels shower/tub lacked a full door enclosure, the room we rented had a wonderful shower with a mosaic stone seat, HEAVEN!
Be careful on the marble steps! Don’t look behind you while carrying a heavy suitcase down the steps. It can be the end of your trip.

Close to the train station and cruise port. Great shower and a comfortable bed. Plenty of shops nearby along with a coin operated laundry across from the entrance. The sit down shower came in handy for someone with a hip problem.
Two short flights of stairs ( hip problem) but the owner was there to handle the baggage on arrival and departure.

From the minute I booked, Paolo was in communication with me about transportation, arrival and where to go when we departed. I have never experienced such top notch service.
The location was walkable from the train and to the cruise port. The room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Paolo arranged everything for our transportation from FCO to his property. He also met us there to make sure everything was in order and that we would be comfortable.
Bed could have been a little more comfortable.
