Our host over extended herself for our stay!! She was amazing. The AC was fabulous!

We had an English speaking correspondant who did all of our pre-arrival communication, then a lovely Italian hostess that showed us around when we arrived. Communication was excellent, co-operative and accommodating. The property clean, renovated, was well appointed and more spacious than we had anticipated. It included full cooking appointments, a fridge, internet, A/C and a fantastic small-town italian feel. The surrounding area was what you would expect for a port town with ample tourist-type shopping, a local market for fresh groceries, a number of excellent resteraunts and bistro/caffe's and some great local fare as well. Most shop keepers and wait staff spoke english to us and were very warm and inviting. I would definitely stay here again if I was leaving from Civativecchia on a cruise.

Our host was wonderful she met us at the door and helped us with our luggage. She explained all the electronics and gave us a sweet gift of wine and treats. The next day she helped us with our luggage and took us to the port entrance. We would stay here again.
