Perfect location for us. Very close to the cruise bus stop and central to downtown. Our host was exceptional. Communication was excellent and he was always available if needed. This is a cozy Bed and Breakfast with cereals and toast, coffee and tea's, boiled eggs also. A typical quick start the day breakfast. Also our host is an excellent artist. He has displays of his work to view. Talented man and his puppy Nalla is a beautiful little soul.
For us and the way we like to travel this location to Everything we needed. There is nothing I would like to see changed. Be aware for people with mobility issues the cities sidewalks are uneven due to the trees growing around them.

Simone was very friendly and helpful for our first time catching a cruise from this cruise port. He was responsive on WhatsApp to my inquiries, willing to arrange transfers from FCO to the hotel and hotel to cruise ship. Up front about pricing. Very helpful with all our inquiries regarding things to see and places to eat.
