Our apartment is located in the attic of a three-storey house in the center of Immenstaad, only 2
Walk from the tourist information and only 10 minutes walk from the jetty. As well as all concerns of the
Daily needs are within walking distance in a few minutes.
The apartment consists of:
- Bedroom with double bed, on request there is still a cot space
- Living / dining room with pull-out sofa, kitchenette and dining area
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- a large terrace with garden chairs, table and sun lounger
- For your vehicle is of course a stand available.
- Please understand that smoking is not allowed in our apartment and that the accommodation of
Pets is not possible.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung, mit Sicht zum See, alles war übersichtlich und sauber, wir hatten von der Umgebung diverse Prospekte, und die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen mit Kindern nicht schlecht. Bad ist ein bisschen klein, aber sonst war alles super.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Immenstaad. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, wir waren schnell am See, konnten fußläufig einkaufen und essen gehen. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das schlimmste von allem war das Doppelbett, bei jeder Bewegung machte es so starke Gereusche, dass der Partner und man selber wach wurde. Meine Frau war froh als die Woche um war. Auch nach dem nachziehen der Schrauben war es nicht besser. Aber auch die Türklinken machten Gereusche, die Wasserhähne waren nur schwer zu öffnen. Wir fanden, dass die gesamte Ausstattung, Geräte und Geschier sehr einfach und preiswert war.
