About this house rental
Whether it's boating, kayaking, paddle boarding or just lying on the beach soaking up the sunshine; the stunning white sand lagoon that is Matapouri Estuary is the perfect spot for the family! Safe swimming for small children. Main beach is just a short walk away. Only 10 min drive away from the Tutukaka Marina, close proximity to shops, restaurants, world class diving, game fishing and sight-seeing operators. Matapouri Bay is recognized by the Lonely Planet guide as being among the best beaches in New Zealand.
This is one building with 4x self contained units that sleep 22 in total
Unit 1 - 2 bedroom that sleeps 5 (Bedroom 1 - queen bed. Bedroom 2 - 1x single and 1x single bunk)
Unit 2 - 3 bedroom that sleeps 7 ( bedroom 1 - queen, bedroom 2 - 1x single and 1x single bunk. Bedroom 3 - 1x single bunk.
Unit 3 - 1.5 bedroom that sleeps 5 ( 1x Queen, 1x single bunk and 1x single bed)
Unit 4 - 2 bedroom that sleeps 5 (bedroom 1 - 1x queen and bedroom 2 - 1x single bunk and 1x single bed).
All units are self contained with a full kitchen ( all basic utensils supplied),bathroom (shower and toilet), lounge and dining area. Outdoor eating areas and lawn to play on.
Special conditions:
Families and; friends groups only (Groups of young people will not be accepted).
YOU NEED TO BRING SHEETS AND TOWELS
We provide - blankets, pillows with pillowcases, tea towels and dish clothes and cleaning supplies.

The property is located overlooking bay and it was a great swimming spot during high tide. Units are provided with all the required amenities. We enjoyed the bbq, the kayaks and bikes provided on site. The rooms were good size with comfortable beds. Overall an Amazing little getaway location for a group. The host Kelly is so lovely and helpful.

We had extended family staying in all 4 units and had such an amazing time. Fantastic location next to the estuary and short walk to the beach. There is a small shop within walking distance and heaps of bush walks to explore. Great for little and big kids. Units had everything we needed. Thanks for the great stay!!

Fantastic location, but units are tired and in desperate need of attention. Our unit had a oven with dodgy door and dirty dish left in it. The bbq we had to clean before using, but family enjoyed our time together, with own space.
