It is in this magnificent house with swimming pool, with contemporary decoration, that you will spend an unforgettable stay under the sun of Ollioules in the Var.
This spacious house with sea views has an area of 280m2. It is fully equipped to accommodate up to 12 people.
You will be located close to the historic center of Ollioules, near the cities of Sanary sur mer and Six Fours, located by the sea.
You will enjoy the following amenities:
• The spacious and bright living room, with a surface of 100m2, has a comfortable sofa and armchairs as well as a bed for one person. You will have a large dining table to share your meals in a friendly atmosphere. This room is bright thanks to its double doors and a large bay window giving access to the garden.
• The kitchen open on the living room, separated from it by a magnificent glass wall, is fully equipped : microwave oven, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, blender, toaster, American fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, kitchen counter and stools.
The house has 5 large bedrooms fully equipped :
• 1st bedroom: 2 single beds, office.
• 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds, desk, storage space.
• 3rd bedroom: 3 single beds, desk, storage space.
• 4th bedroom: 2 single beds, desk, storage space.
• 5th bedroom: 2 single beds, desk, storage space and direct access to the garden.
Single beds can be joined to create double beds.
2 beds umbrellas are at your disposal for the little ones.
• The house has 4 modern bathrooms, one with bath and all with large shower stalls.
Outside, you can enjoy the large garden with fenced pool for the happiness of all.
• For your outdoor meals, a large dining table and a relaxation area with armchairs is located on the covered terrace. BBQ facilities are available.
• Pool side: rest assured on deckchairs with parasols!

The accommodation is a house on 2 floors accessible by stairs. You will have at your disposal a set of keys.
IMPORTANT: The check in is between 15h and 21h and the check out is done at 11h at the latest.
Warning: The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. You will have at your disposal a set of keys.
Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by Fatiha, who will ensure the smooth running of your stay: key collection, towels and bed linen hotel quality, professional cleaning but also assistance in case of need.

Maison accueillante spacieuse dont la pièce de séjour d’une centaine de m2 nous a séduit, décorée avec goût , lieu enchanteur, quiétude. Salle à manger et salon d’été salon d’été très agréable. Coin piscine bien sécurisé. Un séjour que je recommande : la campagne provençale avec vue mer proche de toutes commodités . Village d’Ollioules charmant et celui de Sanary un pur bonheur.
