Villa newly-built (2011) and fully air-conditioned with clear panoramic outlook of some 15 kms - extremely quiet surroundings, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
Terrace (60 m²).
All year heated outdoor swimming pool 28/30°C, 82/86°F, secured, with counter-current device and buit-in jacuzzi.
A paradise for children: indoor playground (64 m²) for children aged 2 to 11 with all kinds of games and 3 swings. Indoor playroom (29 m²) with pinball machine, baby-foot and table tennis. Outdoor playground with castle, swings, slide and sandpit. Private boules playground with light (boules provided, free).
Living room with TV and ASTRA-decoder, air-conditionned.
Cinema-room with TV and satellite ASTRA-decoder and DVD-player.
All bedrooms equipped with TV-TNT, air-conditioned.
Additional equipment available free of charge: baby bed, baby chair, baby play yard, and pet basket.
Barbecue WEBER. Plancha, Paella stove Ø 60cm.
Pets generally accepted.

The house is in Line with the description. So everything is very good. Very convenient for kids from 7 to 14 and for adults!

We really enjoyed our stay at villa santa Ana, and our children even better. Nicolas is an excellent host. We hope we can come back in the future to enjoy the house again and more of the surroundings

Maison très propre - Flipper extra - Terrasse et vue exceptionnelles - Température de la piscine idéale - Environnement calme - Propriétaires fantastiques - A quelques pas, la maison des vins de Bandol pour déguster avant d'acheter. Petit marché du Beausset le dimanche matin, produits excellents. Ballades dans les bois juste à côté, pratiques pour le chien (penser à protéger votre animal contre le moustique phlébotome avant d'arriver en vacances)... Après tout ce confort, le retour à la réalité quotidienne est plutôt difficile !
