About this house rental
On the coast of Provence: village house with garden (1000 square meters), swimming pool (9x4 meters), 60 sq meters terrace with pergola, A/C in 3 bedrooms. This house is ideally located, less than 100m away from the sandy beach of Portissol, and less than 300m away from Sanary's port. Sea view from 2 bedrooms and from the pool, 5 bedrooms.
Shops, restaurants, beach and city centre are all waling distance from the house.
There is parking space for one car, other cars can park for free in the street.
2 hours of house keeping per week are included in the rent but the exit cleaning (200 euros) is not included and must be paid on arrival.
Linen (bedsheets and towels) can be provided for an additional charge of 20 euros per person, to be paid on arrival.

What an absolute gem. A few minutes walk to the beach and a stroll into town to the wonderful harbourside market for fresh produce for the BBQ. So many quaint streets with lots of upmarket shops and restaurants. We had a lovely scenic walk along the coast to Bandol and a boat trip out from the harbour to see dolphins. The hosts were charming and responded very rapidly to any queries. The house itself is spacious and comfortable with a lovely private pool and outside eating and relaxing area. All you could want for a holiday by the sea in France.

Perfectly located house in a beautiful town. Great swimming pool and a great host with great recommendations. Some little quirks of an older house. Would be nice for the downstairs bedroom to be able to open onto terrace and maybe some air con in the garden level. Overall we a had a great stay for large family of three generations.

A beautiful home obviously well loved and cared for by its owner Juliette and her lovely housekeeper. We were welcomed with a bottle of Rose (nice touch) and immediately fell in love with both the house and the quaint town of Sanary-sur-Mer. Juliette provided a wealth of information and suggestions for our stay. My only disappointment is the time flew by so quickly in this beautiful location and home. I hope to return one day. Merci beaucoup Juliette!

The photos for this house dont even do it justice - it is beautiful. I stayed there with 5 friends and each couple practically had a floor to themselves. The kitchen, bedrooms, living spaces and especially the outdoor area were all fantastic. We spent so much time outdoors in the lovely patio area and by the pool.There is a lovely beach 2 minutes walk away and the town is only 5-10. This suited us hugely as we couldnt drive - the only problem there being that if you want to travel out of Sanary the train station is a good 30 mins walk away - but the taxis were pretty good (and they list all the local taxi numbers right outside the train station).The hosts were great, I spent a good 20-30 mins talking to them on the phone before booking and got a good impression. The cleaner was then welcoming when we arrived. Having a music system that could connect to your iPod was the kind of little touch that made the whole place relaxing and stress-free.I very highly recommend this property whether you are a group of friends or a family, we hope to go back some time.
