Das Frühstück war vielfältig und reichhaltig. Die Lage des Hauses ist günstig nahe der Talstation der Jennerbergbahn und zu den Anlegestellen der Schifffahrt auf dem Königssee und dennoch ruhig gelegen, abseits vom Trubel.
Man muss als Erwachsener aufpassen, dass man sich an den Innenkanten der Dachgaube im Obergeschoss nicht den Kopf stößt. Empfehlenswert wäre das Anbringen eines Seifen- bzw. Duschbadspenders, um den Verpackungsabfall für die kleinen Seifen- / Duschbadpackungen zu reduzieren.
