Its a very cozy place, very nice and warm atmosphere and welcoming.
It might not be really close to the lake but still with the bus stop just 2 min away makes it very functional to reach.

Room was clean; staff (when present) worked hard
No big deal really, but the whole hotel just seemed more than a bit tired for the rate charged. I suppose it's a tourist hotspot so they can get away with it. Nobody on reception in the evening to check-in, or in the morning for checkout. 'Traditional' in look and feel, so thin walls, creaky floor boards, ancient carpets, no AC, basic bathroom, lights not working, etc., etc. A trip back to the 1980s, perhaps even further back ...
