It was about a 10-minute walk to the city center. Inside, the house is renovated and very clean, but from the outside, it’s an old building — at first, you might even think you’re at the wrong location. It has a small kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. The host was very kind and helpful, giving us lots of great suggestions for sightseeing and food. Even the ice cream shop he recommended was excellent — there are plenty of gelato places in Split, but the one he suggested was definitely the best! He also let us use their bicycles, which we took to the park and the beach. Host also kindly gave us the key sooner the check-in time.
Just something to keep in mind: if you’re traveling during school time and are sensitive to noise, the accommodation is located right in front of a school. It wasn’t a problem for us at all. Overall, there’s really nothing not to like about this place!
