Beautiful apartment in villa with 5 apartments, with standard and non-luxury finishes, about 40 meters above sea level shared pool HEATING to 37°, about 8.25 meters long and 3.5 meters wide, pratager pool from 5 apartments, with beautiful sea view,. Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms, wc shower, large living room with 2 sofa beds, suitable for 6 adults and 4 children, 1 fireplace, 1 large separate kitchen, Air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, large terrace of 100 sqm, a private garden with barbecue 150 meters from the sea and the bike path. There are no towels and sheets in the apartment. On bookings you can rent them for 10 euros for sheets and 10 euros for towels, cost per person

Maurizio ist ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber und ist zu jeder Uhrzeit zu erreichen. Bei jedem noch so kleinen Wunsch war er stets hilfsbereit.
Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und der Ausblick auf das Meer ein Traum.

Très bel espace à vivre pour 4 adultes avec un chien (séjour 1 semaine).
Intérieur propre - Extérieur privatif agréable.
Propriétaire disponible et parlant très bien français.

Als erstes: Die Bilder des Objektes sind alt. Heute sieht das Haus innen und außen verlebter aus.
Als zweites: Die Lage des Objektes und der Blick sind unbezahlbar !!!
Für Sportwagenfahrer ist die Anfahrt fast unmöglich !
Als drittes: mit ein wenig Geld und Liebe könnte aus dem Objekt wieder eine Perle werden. Bei unserem Urlaub war vieles defekt und abgelebt. Wenn man bucht, sollte man die oberen zwei Wohnungen bevorzugen. Die Souterrainwohnungen sind die reine Katastrophe. Das sahen auch unsere Nachbarn so.
Auch der Vermieter, der selbst dort wohnt, erschien uns nicht als liebenswürdig, sondern nur geschäftsorientiert. Küche super, Bad super, Schlafzimmer Matratzen uralt und zu kurz für das Bettgestell. Eine Milbenallergie wie ich sollte man nicht haben. Mehr wie drei Punkte kann man nicht vergeben !
