Cozy and bright 180m2 apartment located on the ground floor of a small villa between Florence and S. Domenico (Fiesole), with a beautiful panoramic view of the Fiesole hill. The house is located in a quiet location on a private road 10 minutes walk from San Domenico, and has a portion of a private garden with parking space. The apartment is structured as follows: living area with entrance, living room with fireplace and dining room with direct access to the private garden, large kitchen with appliances, accessories and dining area. Sleeping area: corridor equipped with built-in wardrobe, double bedroom, single (or double) -studio bedroom, double bedroom with direct view on the private garden, 2 bathrooms, a bathroom with tub and one with built-in shower. Storage room and cellar equipped with washing machine, drying rack and dehumidifier.
Guests can enter the car in an area of the garden. They will have reserved access to 2 sides of the garden overlooked by the windows of their apartment, while the other two sides have common access.
The garden is equipped with table and chairs, deck chairs and armchairs.
There is also another large common garden area that guests can access and stop at.
The owners live in another apartment in the house and are available to guests for information of all kinds, for help and for solving any inconvenience.

This was truly Italian living, having lived in Italy years ago, it was like coming back home. The house is in a very secluded location away from the fray of traffic, nice yard to sit in, many rooms to choose from, the kitchen was perfect.
