Perfekte Lage, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Es gab gelegentlich Probleme und man ist sofort gekommen. Wir durften früher einchecken. Auch das Auschecken war absolut unkompliziert. Auch ein sich spontan ergebender 6. Gast wurde problemlos und ohne Aufpreis akzeptiert.
Folglich sind wir dankbar.
Die Therme (Warmwasser und Heizung) war defekt: Man konnte nur 1 Minute warm duschen, bis das Wasser eiskalt wurde. Das war nicht schön,
Es gab eine Heizung (was sehr angenehm war!), allerdings leckte sie. Das war aber eigentlich nicht weiter schlimm.
Eines Tages hatten wir Probleme mit dem Abfluss (ich beschreibe lieber nicht näher...). Gut das die Hausherrin sofort kam...
