It was spacious, light and clean, and in a great location. As we were out and about most of the time, or the kids were occupying themselves in their own rooms (thanks to the Wi-Fi) when it was raining, it made a great base for Il Carnevale and travel in the local area.

Very nice apartment for bigger family with limited budget. There is air condition in all sleeping rooms (3). Not a 5 star hotel but for this price in Viareggio - a very good deal. Also it was quiet and the beds were comfortable.
There could be more glasses and better kitchen equipment. Also I had to clean a few things myself and the air condition filters were dirty - easy to improve. A tip for you - parking on the street is payable but only between 9-13 and 15-20. You may leave your car in safe parking next to the carabinieri at Via Amatore Sciesa - 5 min walk from the apartment and you save €50 a week. If you are looking for a free beach - use the one in Lido do Camaiore - it is much better than the one close to the Viareggio port.

Everything was very good. The apartment is large, comfortable and well equipped. The host is very friendly. Only 10 min walk to the next beach .
