About this house rental
Beautiful apartment of 110 sqm., Just renovated and furnished, has 2 double bedrooms and a small bedroom, large lounge with sofa bed and large kitchen. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. A very fresh and welcoming courtyard at the back with a large table, a small room with a drain and a washing machine. Garden on the front with umbrella and relaxation area. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove and microwave. It can accommodate from 6 to 9 people. Very close to the pine forest and the sea.

We spend 2 weeks in viareggio. The appartement was perfect located to spend the days at the beach and to the city. All restaurants amd supermarkets were nearby.
All we need for holiday was in the appartement, the contact with Luca was very friendly. He gave us all informations we needed.
We will come back

Incheckningen skulle ha kunnat göras smidigare. Då det var förseningar för oss med flyg och taxi till boendet så blev det stressande för oss att veta att de väntade på oss i lägenheten. Mer info om vad som ingick i hyran skulle vara bra, som städning, sänglakan och handdukar.
