Begonnen hat es schon damit das wir nicht wie abgesprochen ab 16 Uhr ins Ferienhaus durften, sondern erst um 17 Uhr. Was nach einer 11h Anreise eine Ewigkeit bedeutet. Eine Einweisung oder Übergabe gab es nicht. Den Schlüssel bekamen wir von der Putzfrau. Von den zwei Badezimmern mit Dusche war nur eines funktionsfähig und die Terrassentüre war nicht abzuschließen und musste jedesmal durch eine Jalousie gesichert werden. Aber die Lage war top.
