About this house rental
Close to the beaches of Landrellec and the Ile Grande. Close to the 18 holes golf course of Saint Samson.
It is located in a quiet area, with garden and terrace.
You will enjoy a living space of about 104 m2, with a garden of about 300m2.
On the ground floor:
- a large common room where the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee and espresso machine, microwave, oven, washing machine, fridge with freezer) and a living room with a bif glass wall to enjoy the view of the island "L'lle Grande" and Landrellec. TV and internet as well as a small library with books and games.
- a utility room with washing machine
- separate toilet
- Several storage units
Garden furnitures are available.
On the lower floor (4 steps down):
- a bathroom with shower and WC
- one room with a double bed (140x190)
- a room with a pull-out bed which can be used in a double or two single beds (90x190).
First floor:
- a children's room with a bunk bed (2 beds 90x200)
- a room with a double bed (160x200),
- separate toilet
- a small bathroom with shower.
A baby crip and two high chairs are available.
Private parking for one or two cars at the entrance of the house. It is also possible to park along the street.
Internet / wifi
The house is usually rented on a weekly basis from saturday to saturday.
You can still ask us for different timing, and we will check the possibilities.
Trégastel is the nearest town and is 3 km away. You will find all the shops needed. Every Monday there is a fairly large market especially in the summer, where you can find very good product.
The house is located near the 18 holes golf course of Saint Samson (1.5 km) and the beach Landrellec (1.5 km). Other activities are nearby, tennis, horseback riding, sailing (the nautical center of Big Island, which can be seen from the terrace).
In Trégastel, you will also find beautiful beaches and a water sports center, the Forum of Trégastel (complex with seawater pool heated to 30 °, cardio-fitness room, spa, sauna, ...), the aquarium of Trégastel.
At Pleumeur Bodou you can visit the planetarium, including the city of Telecom and the Radom.
From the house you have easy access to the beautiful coastal path along the coast and other hiking trails (GR34) or other MTB trails.
In less than 15-20min by car, you can reach other beatiful places like Tréberden,Ploumanach, Perros Guirec and Lannion.

Great „seaview“ but Beach/coast is actuallly too far away to reach on foot. A coast with enormous tides so nice to walk along but less so for bathing. House and Garden well appointed, recommended though not for people looking for holidays on the beach.

Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, viel Stauraum vorhanden. Von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und auf die Sonnenuntergänge Schade ist nur, dass es in dem Ort keinen Bäcker gibt, das frische Baguette zum Frühstück fehlt.
Es Küste ist sehr schön, so unterschiedlich bei Ebbe und Flut
Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
