Cottage with lots of charm renovated in 2017: Magnificent family property of 1 hectare by the sea, including a large wooded park and a small secure pond.
100 m from the sea and the beach with direct access by a path, authentic Breton houses in pink granite with careful decoration.
Hikers and nature lovers, you can take advantage of direct access to the Sentier des Douaniers (GR34) from the property for your walks by the sea.
You will be seduced by the calm and beauty of GRANNEC.
Your vacation rental includes a main gîte and 2 small annex gîtes, each equipped with a bathroom and WC. Kitchenette in the small cottage Puffins.

The house and outbuildings offered a lovely quiet location a stone's throw from the bay and beaches.
With great surroundings and everything we needed we had a really fun time, we also explored the surrounding area and sampled much of the local cuisine.
