Good location. Great facilities. Outside area. Spacious. Friendly host.
Very hot rooms (I understand it was very hot weather) but no options to open windows, sink didn’t drain water and shower flooded bathroom

The place was in a great location and easy to find. It catered for our basic needs and suited 12 people to stay. Overall a good stay.
Not enough towels were provided for the amount of guests, even though this was queried prior to the stay. No bath mat provided so the bathroom floors were very wet.

We stayed as a group of 11 for a hen party. The apartment was really spacious, hot tub was great and location close to all the city hot spots.
Apartment could do with a deep clean and an upgrade. 2 sofa beds were broken but maintenance was sent out quickly to resolve. Any issues we had the team was quick to respond and rectify. As a group of girls more mirrors definitely required.

Good property for a hen do. Location was as expected, car park directly opposite.
It did the job, but I wouldn’t recommend. I provided detailed feedback via email to the company but it didn’t even get acknowledged.
The apartment is in need of a desperate deep clean, one of the duvets provided was covered in vomit, the freezer desperately needs defrosting and next to the beds needs dusting ( down the side )
Like most other people we were able to use the hot tub for a very short amount of time and it broke, the host was extremely hard to get hold of.
Had to chase my £500 safety deposit 3 times before I got it returned.
