The perfect base for a group of colleagues in Manchester for an event. There was plenty of space for us to spend time together whether working or relaxing. Every room seemed thoughtfully decorated and furnished and even though the main space is large and open-plan it still felt cosy in the evenings. The well equipped kitchen had everything we needed. Easy access to the city centre.

It's really difficult to find fault with this place. The automatic lighting on the stairwell is a great feature but was a little frustrating at times as it was very bright. Light glowed under some of the doors so the bedrooms didn't feel fully dark when people were moving around the house at night. This is a really minor issue in a fabulous property.

This place was entirely PERFECT! We had a lovely weekend in manchester here with 16 guests. The staff are super responsive and kind! The place accommodates to everyone, beds are comfortable, facilities are modern and high tech, location is perfect. I have not one complaint about this place and recommend to large groups. Cutlery was enough for everyone, over was super easy to use, the place is elegant and very sophisticated. I HIGHLY recommend. We stayed for 2 nights and miss it already! The place was super clean and hygienic. Seating was perfect and everyone was able to be in the living room together and eat meals together at the large table. I do think the pictures don’t do the place justice, it is much larger, than I personally expected. Staff over the phone were super nice and gave amazing service. Perfect experience of manchester!
