Lots of space. Beds were comfortable and clean! Plenty of towels. Balcony was an added bonus. Plenty of plates and crockery. Communication with owner was good. Location was excellent. Felt secure as well.
Shower flooded. And shower over the bath could have been better. Other than that property was perfect for us !

The property was great for what was needed - spacious and very modern.
The only thing I would say, is there were no bin bags to change the bins before check out. As well as having no baking trays for the oven.

Perfect communal area. Working trip with large group made a lot easier thanks to the location of property and also nearby parking.
Bathroom could be more practical for large groups.

The accomodation is an excellent size for a group of around 10 people. A larger group than this may struggle. The lounge/kitchen area is comfortable. Modern decoration and loved the keyless entry, as it allowed our group to return to the flat at different times without stress about who had keys.
Good information provided about how to check in, with instructional videos about where to find Internet information. AI customer service available.
The accomodation was rather poorly equipped. Minimal cleaning products, for example washing up liquid but no sponges, one dishwasher tablet, no cleaning liquids for surfaces, bathroom supplies, very dirty mop bucket with no mop, and vacuum without stick.
Kitchen did not include oven trays, but did have good range of cups, plates, bowls.
We stayed in late September and it was quite cold with no way to increase heating. Due to the high ceilings and open space which crosses two of the bedrooms, it can get very cold. Would not recommend staying in winter.
The bedroom with 3 double beds is 3 mattresses on the floor.
Superficially clean but left a lot to be desired. There was a spot of carpet next to my bed (mattress on floor) from which there a strong smell of vomit and this woke me throughout the night. Looked visibly clean but smelled. I appreciate that this may be missed when being cleaned if it looks visibly clean, I would have been happy to clean myself had there been adequate cleaning products. Bathrooms could have been cleaner.
Be aware that one bedroom is ensuite but there is a large window, meaning that you can directly see into the whole bathroom while in bedroom. There is a blind to provide privacy but sections were missing.
The main bathroom has a shower head but no curtain, and there is a considerable gap between the holder for the shower head and the bath. This means that water goes outside of the bath, and it feels very exposing to shower stood in a bath with no walls adjacent, and a large window to one side with missing blind panels, meaning you can be seen by neighbouring flats/people at street level.
