We stayed in this quirky little studio and overall had a pleasant visit. It has a lot of character and the bed was especially comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. There was everything you could need whilst away for a couple of nights. It was also a thoughtful touch to include treats for the dog – two chews, poo bags, and a ball were provided, which we really appreciated. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and easy to contact and communicate with.
There were a few areas that could do with some attention. The front door paint was quite faded, which didn’t give the best first impression. Inside, while the bathroom was clean, there were some old stain marks that made it feel a bit tired. We also noticed dust under the chairs, and it did have a musty smell.
It’s worth noting there is a £10 charge for bringing a dog for two nights (£5 per night), which felt a little steep given the short stay, although the provided dog items did help offset this slightly.

Communication was excellent from the hosts. Very friendly and gave helpful advice on the local area. Very comfortable Studio at the bottom of a garden. Wish I was able to stay longer.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. One of the standout features was how genuinely dog-friendly the apartment was. Traveling with our dog can sometimes be challenging, but here it felt effortless—there was plenty of space, nearby walking areas, and a welcoming atmosphere that made both us and our pet feel at home.
The location was perfect. It struck a great balance between convenience and tranquility, while still being quiet enough to relax and unwind. Everything we needed was just a short walk or quick journey away, which made exploring the area incredibly enjoyable.
The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and very well-equipped. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully functional kitchen to cozy living spaces and a comfortable bed. It truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches that made a real difference.
Finally, the host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Their hospitality made the whole experience even more special.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially those traveling with pets!

location was perfect
way to much stuff/clutter.which stressed me out.for just 2 people there was a table for 4 which was full of placemats butter dishes. for a small contained unit and not much space for us to out our things.every bit if space was either full of things for? or cleaning products with dirty cloths have to add half a bottle of used radox hanging in the shower. yuk i did bring my own the shower of.which was awful. no power at all the taps was better to have a hand wash.spent over an hour moving and tidy up before could settle. duvet was way to small for the bed and the mattress definately needs replacing. very worn. went to pop our small case under the bed to find allsorts.its like someone lives in it and pops out for paying guests such a shame has lots if potential if was to be decluttered. its a small place for a maximum of 3 people .has enough stuff to open a shop and 33 people.even a pair of dressing gown?(we didn't use) the towels left was lets say off white and 1 each.they obviously knew the shower was no good.i like a couple of clean fluffy towels.1 towel but 100 cups and plates 🤷🏼♀️ i do have pictures but mainly videos as was so shocked . please guys have a clear out. make it minimum.
