The property was clean, well equipped and spacious, easily accommodating 2 adults and 3 teens.
The hosts were very welcoming and attentive. This was an excellent location with Sidmouth, Beer and Lyme Regis easily accessible by car.
There was nothing negative about the property.

Location good, accommodation quirky with the lounge on the top floor. Dog friendly, the price was good even for a bank holiday weekend.
Pillows on the bed were a bit soft. Prefer to have a key rather than a door code. Although there was a garden to use it wasn't attached to the accommodation.

Beautiful countryside. The Orchard Barn is very spacious. It has a nice farmhouse feel and it is easy to relax in the peaceful surroundings.
Nothing if your a countryside lover. It may be too rural for some people, but it is clearly advertised as a farm based property.
