Everything you would expect was there and more ,great welcome gift great location for what we wanted The cottage was clean and well kept
Only downside is walking round to the entrance door there is no footpath just wet grass on our stay and unlit at night looks like a lot of visitors put their cases ,bags etc through the bedroom window when arriving/departing so not to have to drag them around the back ,whole site looks a little run down now but the accommodation itself is very good

The cottage was very good with everything you needed
it was clean with some tea, coffee and biscuits were left to use also milk.
beds were comfortable and heating soon warmed up the building.
lots of hot water.
nice seating area outside with a sea view.
No real problems but it would be nice if there was a pathway to the door, at the moment you have to walk on glass and if there had been a lot of rain it would of been bit of a pain.
The door lock played up when locking the door.
The site looked like it needs a bit of TLC but the cottage was very nice.

It was modern and well decorated and generally clean. Quiet location and next to the donkey sanctuary. Beautiful views.
There was a lot of cobwebs on the ceilings and the skylight. The pans were dirty from the last holiday’ers. There was only two dinner knifes and only two cutting knifes which were blunt. The WiFi was useable but not great. The emergency lighting green light was so bright in the bedrooms we had to cover them with tape.
The park was quite run down and the grass was overgrown in some areas (it was cut on our last day).
The beach walk is advertised as a ten min walk which it definitely isn’t.

Clean,light, and airy, very well equipped. Good sized property. Hospitality tray and uht milk. A nice touch.
Bed linen a bit worse for wear. One of the single sheets did not fit the matress and kept coming off the bed . There is no shelf or cabinet in the bathroom. As we were 4 adults sharing and only one very small radiator towel rail. A folding chair or stool would help. No recycle facilities on site. The site was a little untidy and unkempt. Grass track to the property was overgrown & got a bit muddy.
