Shower in the morning; not much pressure.
Sauna facilities, finish sauna not warm enough. And the ‘you need to wear something’ in the sauna; absolutely against the sauna principles, and very unhygienic

The hotel speaks grandeur! The rooms are well decorated and have absolute divine beds where you sleep like in a cloud 😊
The restaurant is vivid and loud full of people.
The room was awfully cold unfortunately and we couldn’t get the heating going even after asking at the reception. I didn’t notice and the first night the temperature dropped to 15 degrees while we were sleeping. I got sick unfortunately and when I asked the stuff on the next day to please fix it they tried again a different person and they managed to get it to 21 degrees :( but I was already badly sick. At the end of my stay I said that, it was awful for a suite to have a malfunctioning heating they looked away and said we’ll Look into it…

Spacious rooms
We booked this hotel that was more expensive than our budget because of the swimming pool. I was shocked to find out access to the pool was 25€ per person. I just wanted to work out in the morning no spa or whatever. I’ve never seen a hotel that has a gym not free for hotel guests
