Excellent stay and really nice hotel. Lovely bar and rooms. However I wasn’t aware the spa was closed until I arrived which was disappointing. Also had a problem with the shower not getting hot but the staff were super helpful and gave me another room and a late check out.

Le Royal is always an excellent stay. The location is primo and the rooms spacious by European standards. Service is impeccable.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Every day, the staff would replenish our refrigerator with water, orange juice, and coke in addition to coffee and tea. We loved the layout of the room which was thoughtfully designed. The staffs were very professional and nice. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were also very tasty. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when in the areas.
