Eve ulaşımda biraz sıkıntı yaşadık navigasgon bizi yanlış götürdü. Ama neyseki evi bulduk. Tek arabalık park yeri var bulunmaz nimet kavala için. Ama cadde de genişti o yüzden 2. Arabayı sokağa kolaylıkla bıraktık. Ev tam bir 80 ler evi. Çok tatlıydı. Eşyalar odalar sanki 1980 lerden fırlamış bir ev gibi☺️ biz iki aile kaldık. Evi çok beğendik. Mutfak küçük olmasına rağmen kullanışlıydı. Evin bahçesi çok güzeldi ama yağmurdan dolayı faydalanamadık. Güneşli bir günde çok güzel olabilir mangal alanıda vardı. Ev temizdi. Her odada klima mevcut. Hava soğuk olmasına rağmen üşümedik.

The best about the house is its cost and location. There is a small port with fishing boats and few cafes and very good tavernas just 5 min walk down the street. Normal prices, good local food and not so crowded like in the centre and most important best views!
Also if you are willing to walk to the centre and the old town it is quite close.
The house is spacious inside, the air conditions were definitely a big bonus. Mosquito nets almost everywhere, quiet street, parking spot was beneficial and much appreciated.
There were many kitchen appliances if you plan to eat in. Also the bed was very comfortable.
Rooms are clean and airy, so if you are not bothered with the size of the bathroom or squicky floors go for it.
The bathroom was really small indeed. I couldn't tell by the pictures, but few others reviewers mentioned it. There is a small sit-in bathtub, where you can probably sit if you dare, but if standing it's really uncomfortable to shower.
The outside space was nice but was under a block of flats where somehow was not really ok to light on that nice BBQ. Couldn't enjoy the garden. I guess not much can be done about this by the owners. (when I was booking outside space was crucial and felt disappointed, as it didn't feel private).
Also, but it was somehow expected, its an old house, with its flows, but the face lift given looked really bad. The floors are moving while walking and the wardrobe in the bedroom also, which scared the hell out of me when I woke up to use the toilet at night. Some big black bugs running around also.
Kitchen was very outdated and even having everything needed I didn't like to put my food in that rusty fridge, so we ate outside.
It is really a nice rental, if you do sort out few things.
