everything just as described in information just perfect
nothing to say about the property.
but you pay up front for the holiday thinking you have paid it all only to find on booking in at the reception area
in the mayfeild pub to pick up keys you pay a deposit for damage incurrence.
we stayed 2 nights at the lodge in seamer only to find we had to pay £100 deposit for 2 nights.
we have been back 4 days now and still not received this back into our account.
the pub is not named in information regarding picking up keys only described as a number in address.
both these things should be detailed in all information to guests who book properties.
very confusing for people.

Easy to find, very clean and I didn't realise it backed on to a pub with a carvery great location
The bed was a bit hard for me but the pillows too soft so I had to use more than I usually do

Great location, high standard of decoration. Lots of little extras included.
Shower head needs changing to a round head. Current one is too small and doesn’t mix water properly. Bathroom floor also needed a better clean. Lots of hairs around the corners and edges of the bathroom.
