Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. If you're looking for a place to stay with great access links to the coast and North Yorkshire Moors; then look no further than this 3 bed Town house. Nestled in the small town of Loftus, Saltburn-By-The-Sea; You'll have easy access to renowned walks and cycling routes (Such as the 100 mile long Cleveland Way Trail). Please note that this property is split over 3 floors and the first flight of stairs are very steep.
The Space:
Ground floor is the living room
First floor has the kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms
2nd floor has a large bedroom.
The Neighborhood:
Having a large regeneration in the area, please expect workers working around the area.
Other Things to Note:
There is currently a large regeneration project happening next to this property so the views from some of the windows looks directly on to where they’re working. Please accept my apology about this.
