Die Aussicht war schon sehr gut. Die Dachterrasse war so wie auf den Bildern.
Der Fahrstuhl war defekt, was für eine Dachgeschosswohnung ungünstig ist, wenn man sie als Ferienwohnung mit Selbstversorgung nutzen möchte.

Lage ist gut
-Bett viel zu weich
-Fahrstuhl defekt, schon länger
-Beide Sitzbänke quietschen extrem
-Sauberkeit ist ausbaufähig (Backofen, Dachterrasse, Fenster, Steckdosen, Fußleisten)
-Küche nur kaltes Wasser, schlecht wenn es keine Spülmaschine gibt

Die Lage und Menge an Schlafplätzen war für uns perfekt. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt.
Da wir kaum da waren gibt es auch nichts, was uns in der Zeit negativ aufgefallen wäre.

The location and the arrangements of the rooms
The apartment is on the fifth floor, or actually at the six floor because the ground floor is double floor. There is an elevator at the building but it doesn't work, apparently from August. In the facilities section it says there is an elevator and also in the message that I got from the owner about how to check-in it says there is an elevator. Only after that message, the owner sent a short message that says that the elevator doesn't work. By the way, the app didn't translate that message.
The owner should remove the elevator from the facilities and must say that the apartment at the fifth floor and shouldn't send a message with the word elevator in it!
In addition, the apartment's equipment is extremely minimal, definitely not sufficient.
