The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen.
Near center, City and main station are only 7 tram stops away. Even Zoo, Zentralstadion, and recreation areas Rosental and riparian forest are within easy reach. The new Leipzig is just 4.5 km away.

Tram, bus and tram are only 150 to 300 meters.

In einem wunderschönen Altbau mit repräsentativem Treppenhaus liegt die mit geschmackvollen Möbeln und Bildern ausgestattete Wohnung, weit über stilisierten Hotelzimmern gehobener Qualität oder Ferienhäusern in Wohnparks.
Die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind von guter Qualität, Küchenequipment, Bad, Warmwasserversorgung, W-LAN und Fernseher, Bücher und Spiele, Bettzeug und Matratzen. Nichts haben wir vermisst und uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
Danke an unsere freundlichen, zuvorkommenden und ungänglichen Vermieter. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Sie ist hell, gut aufgeteilt und bietet alles, was man für einen derartigen Kurzurlaub benötigt.

Die FeWo befindet sich in einem Gründerhaus mit schönem Innenhof, der auch genutzt werden kann. Straßenbahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Parkplätze stehen vor dem Haus kostenlos zur Verfügung. Check In/Out problemlos.
