The stuff was amazing & extremely polite and responsive 😊
Clean, nice place, nice surroundings. For people who are there to visit gardaland is super choice .
All the advance infos that is crucial was missing
- bring your own bed sheets
- bring your toilet paper ( i had no stress the stuff @ 21:00, but they were super nice and help within 10 min.
- no towels ( again high 5 to stuff)
- the place was very cold and the small heater would heat up the place probably next day. Air con. was locked and i saw its 5 € per day, so i fix the problem with cooking stove thats was luckily on gas .

Fabulous park, awesome location. Great food, local supermarkets. Easy to travel to sightseeing locations nearby.
Lodge was getting a bit tired and dilapidated, not all equipment worked.

The Bella Italia park was very good. The kids loved the pool and the fireworks were amazing.
The park has alot going on and good facilities
Very disappointed with the operator. Had to wait over an hour, in mid day sun with no shade to check in. Check in was supposed to be from 3pm.... The price was not good value for money. No linen , or cleaning products included very limited cooking facilities. No oven, grill or toaster. No welcome pack offered. The mobile had alot of ants. The pillows were pathetic. Everything has to be paid in cash.
