The site itself is brilliant, facilities and location. The dry rack provided was very useful & the staff helped with our suitcases.
There's no oven or grill, no toaster, we didnt even have a kettle! Had to microwave our water for hot drinks. Bed uncomfortable, bedrooms tiny - can hardly walk alongside the double bed. No air-conditioning, no WiFi.

Locatie was perfect, relatief dicht bij supermarkt/bakker maar ook dichtbij het uitzicht over het Gardameer 😻 Was verder redelijk schoon, ondanks de spinnenraggen op de veranda. De jongens van Happy waren top, als er iets was, hadden ze dat heel snel opgelost.
Douche was niet continue, even warm, even koud, weer warm, etc. De ramen konden (op 1 na) niet open omdat ze geen muggennet hadden. Zelfs door dichte ramen kwamen muggen op het licht af.

La scarsa pulizia degli ambienti con le molta polvere sopratutto le coperte i cuscini e materassi sporco sotto i letti ho dovuto pulire due volte quando sono arrivato e quando sono partito per non rimetterci 100 € di cauzione
