Die extrem nahe Lage zum See aber auch die gleichzeitige Abgeschiedenheit in den Lugana Weinfeldern.
Das Bett war zu weich und das autark betriebene Restaurant hat durch den Küchenbetrieb und die nächtliche Müllentsorgung die Nachtruhe gestört.
