Location, breakfast and staff were all excellent. Especially the gentlemen in the reception area who also took care of us during breakfast. Will stay again when visiting to Llandudno.

Needs a bit of sprucing up. Lack of furniture in room, ie a suitcase stand, tiny cluttered dressing table, no drawers or wardrobe. Tiny bathroom with standing room for one person. Soulless public area with absolutely no atmosphere. Elevator needed a good clean and smelled so bad we used the stairs. Carpet in room needs a deep clean, or replacing. Paid £*** for one night stay and didn’t feel it was value for money.

The location was convenient and staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. However, the cleanliness and facilities left much to be desired, impacting overall comfort. Considering the value for money, it felt a bit lacking given these issues, so improvements in upkeep and amenities would enhance the experience significantly.
