    I stayed in this hotel for one week during my one week travel in north Wales. It was recently renovated so there was some issue with boiler but it was sorted immediately. There’s a staff available most of the time and out of hours number to call. Very clean and tidy. Did not have access to kitchen/ microwave. Location is perfect for walking around town or along the pier and beaches. Very close to great orme tramway. Near to restaurants and shops.

    Location is unbeatable, prom is a 5 minute stroll. Plenty of places for food and the Great Orme Tramway minutes away. On the negative side the room stank, it's almost like 2 tom cats had a weekend on the lash and didn't use the toilet. The room wasn't particularly clean, dust and damp spots in various places. Staff only on site from 3 til 7, honest... Nobody there at 6.15 and had to walk to the sister hotel for keys. After a long journey it's a pain to have to go on the hunt for keys when all you was to do is chill out. Might also be some biting insects!/fleas roaming the place, after night 1 we woke up to multiple bites on our legs. Won't make the same mistake twice for sure.

    Firstly i would say it wasnt first time we had stayed at Llandudno so i know what standards are set. Room was old,queaky,stinky,had some previous occupants hair in bathroom,no shower gel,no shampoo,no wifi that would reach room 6 which is just on first floor,no escalators,no windows or exhaust in bathroom so room stinked.Smart TV didnt work,Beds uncomfortable,noisy,typical run down british building/structure. The only saving grace would be sam the receptionist.
