A localização é perfeita, a 10min da estação central de la spezia.
A anfitriã é muito simpática e apesar da casa ser dividida com outras pessoas, a divisão está bem feita, e não incomoda nada.
Tem também um frigorífico onde podemos deixar coisas.
A casa de banho é muito pequena, e o ar condicionado faz bastante barulho ligado a dormir.

Linda vista desde un piso alto. Dormitorio pequeño pero cómodo. Baño luminoso y muy cómodo.
La atención de la dueña excelente, siempre atenta a requerimientos y a dar ayuda. ❤️
La separación con la sala común que da al otro dormitorio es un biombo... Me dio inicialmente una sensación de poca intimidad, pero te acostumbras rápido y está todo bien. 👍
