    I found this place to be very conveniently situated and the staff was welcoming and helpful. Would recommend it if your traveling on a budget in La Spezia!

    Expect nothing fancy - a very basic, worn out room. However, it was cleaned with towels changed next day. Location is perfect if you travel by train- literary on a railway station’s doorstep. No breakfast. No elevator. No air con.

    Right around the train station and short walk to the city center.

    No elavator. Each floor consists of two sets of stairs of 12 steps each. Stayed in a room with shared bathrooms on the third floor but staff was helpful in helping with luggage. Laundromat nearby very helpful. Location is right in front of train central station if you take the right exit
