Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire (très sympathique) qui nous a donné des informations précises et très utiles. La chambre été d’une propreté irréprochable. Les équipements correspondent aux descriptions fournies par l’établissement. La localisation proche de la gare ( 4 minutes à pied) et du port permet un point de départ parfait pour la visite des « cinque terre ». La Spezia est une ville vivante qui permet des soirées sympas (restaurants, bars, magasins…..)

El desayuno y la habitación fueron muy buenos. Lo que más nos gustó. Fue la atencion y la comunicación con la anfitriona Federica.

Friendly reception from the staff and the location was close to everything
The bathroom door was flimsy and noisy so you couldn't use the bathroom in the middle of the night without waking your partner. Breakfast at the bar was substandard so we only went there the first day, then found our own bars for coffee and a bite to eat
