Excellent value fantastic room and breakfast close enough to bus service to town ask about purchase of ticket an easerly get to cinqaterra on a boat from town just research it it’s not to bad

The location is a bit away from the downtown / center but the view is really something. The owner was so kind and suggest where to go for a meal, as well as the instructions how to reach free parking and Cinque Terre train.
The breakfast was great, very unique ... a picnic bag with all necesarry things in it, together with breakfast-food.
Very nice experience
Cannot recall anything which can be better.

La Spezzia is an interesting city , near Cinque Terre , but visit it in another month than august .
First of all , there is a misleading announcement on Booking about this place :
- there is not mentioned that you need 4wd car and a very skilled driver to get at the parking
- there is not mentioned that the stairs to the rooms is very narrow and steep and placed on the exterior of the building
- there is not mentioned that all 3 rooms are bedrooms of the same apartment , sharing livingroom and kitchen
- there is not mentioned that the breakfast is in reality a bunch of cheap ready packed products from supermarket
