Emplacement,pas loin de la gare,du centre. Logement au premier étage avec ascenseur et balcon. Joliment décoré,bien équipé et très propre.

Estancias muy limpias y decoradas con gusto. La anfitriona tuvo una atención excelente, con muchos detalles de aseo y de cortesía como agua y galletas a diario. Muy cerca de la estación y relativamente cerca del centro.

Emplacement idéal à deux pas du centre historique de La Spezia et de la gare centrale. Immeuble calme situé sur une belle avenue qui mène tout droit au Lungomare. Chambre confortable et très propre. Accueil chaleureux de Stefania.
