Quiet room with self catering facilities, en suite bathroom, great location near Warwick Town Centre

The location is excellent, with easy parking and convenient access to shops for food. Paul, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming. I particularly liked the en-suite room with a simple kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare a light breakfast before continuing my journey. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had a very good night’s sleep. I would definitely book again if I stay in Warwick in the future.
