Booked the rooms due to it close proximity to Warwick Castle which we visiting, the rooms are lovely, spacious and would be ideal for a family as they have small bunk beds and a pull out bed too, decor was nice with a lovely theme to it, shower was super powerful and included shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, also the added addition of free parking, the attached bar was nice with friendly staff, it was however very pricey for the drinks, would still recommend staying here for anyone visiting the castle or Warwick

The room was clean and modern, it obviously caters for families with young children more than business travellers but the room has a modern clean bathroom, a desk and the WiFi is good.
The staff were all helpful and friendly, I had a quite room on the 1st floor, and had a good night's sleep.
The food at the buffet did not look great when I went to look at the options, and caters more for kids. I wouldn't say it was really aimed at business travellers, so it could be altered when the hotel is utilised for business rather than families.
Break was very good, hot and fresh, no luxuries like poached eggs or cappuccino included. They do need to clean the chairs in the restaurant as the pads looked filthy. The staff at breakfast were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast could open before 7:30 again this would be great for kids but not so much for business as its too late.
Overall and given the price it was a good stay, and I would stay again if working in the area over hotels in Birmingham.
