Friendly, helpful staff, breakfast was well presented. The meals in the restaurant were of a high standard. Lovely building and locartion
No English channels on the TV in the room, CNN, Sky News or BBC would be good at least.

Our twin bedroom was cosy and comfortable although we did not get our milk and coffee replenished.
The accessible room we booked for my elderly father smelt strongly of drains or maybe a septic tank. We couldn’t leave the windows open to air as he feels the cold.
The quality of the evening meal was a bit bland and disappointing.
We then requested a packed breakfast for the early ferry as we had booked in for breakfast. The lady seemed to be quite annoyed with us and told me next time we should not book breakfast as it would be easier. We got a madeleine and some fruit and juice which was fine.
