Staff were friendly and accomodating. Location was really good for us to explore the town.

We failed to read the fine print and did not identify the reception opening times so when we arrived with our suitcases, we could not get in. Fortunately, there is a great little pub next door which allowed us to settle and wait for the allocated times.

Very good location. Easy access when travelling by car. Free parking during the night in front of the hotel. Free parking during the day just around the corner at city parking area. Old town and the Cathedral are about 15 minutes walking from the hotel. Very warm welcome by the friendly owner. Small and cute hotel. Good breakfast. Restaurants are not far from the hotel.

It was ok for what we needed, and we weren't expecting anything fancy, but it was gloomier than what we expected from the photos. Location was good, close to the main street with shops and restaurants. Very close to a parking lot which was convenient.

The hotel has a gloomy feeling compared to the bright photos. It was not that much affordable than other options around. Wifi didn't work very well. We placed the "please make up my room" sign at the door, but came back to a room that looked just as we left it. No Elevator, which is normal in old houses, but the staff didn't offer any help with the luggage, which was the case in other similar hotels we stayed. We travelled in a family group so my mother and aunts needed help with their luggage and it would have been helpful to have an extra hand.
