Location near train station and easy taxi access was a plus

We had difficulty locating 7Florence even using GPS. This is actually a B&B housed on one floor of another hotel. The other hotel’s name is in large letters on the front of the building which is very misleading. Only notation of B&B outside is a very small brass plaque by the door. Easily overlooked and should be mentioned on Booking.com. Also, if the door is locked, you need a code to enter the building. That should be provided before arrival. Once you locate the 7Florence floor, everything was nice. The front desk is only staffed during day hours. Be sure to make arrangements if you are arriving late or you cannot enter the building.

The easy accessibility and location. The room was perfect for our 5 night stay. Appreciated the housekeeping and friendly staff.

The hotel is very conveniently located across from the train station and in the main area, so everything is walkable. The staff were nice and accommodating, and they were kind enough to upgrade our room for our honeymoon. However, because it’s in a busy central area, expect some noise at night since there’s a 24-hour McDonald’s and a KFC downstairs. Thankfully, they have metal blinds that help reduce the noise, and they also provide earplugs, which was very handy.

Bathroom is nice

This is not a hotel. It seems they are located in a corporate building. The entry hall has a strong smell. The rooms are clean but the bed is far from good. Too much expensive for what offers
