It was a rural setting. The cottage wasn't locked on arrival and we got the key inside thd house. The host was very helpful when we got stuck by the flooding.

Decent-sized house with everything you need, is ready from cooking utensils to washing machines, a bit of remote location from the nearest town, but perfect for your farm scenery stay, the house is well kept, clean and spacious.
Pricing this place compared to the nearby house was a far better value.
The only thing was on the way to the place, the last bit of the road is not paved, so if you have a fancy or lowered car might need to crawl for a while. But the roadwork is in progress, so infutrue this might not be a problem at all.

Very lovely location surrounded by hills and forest. Plenty of space. Outdoor bath tub was a great addition
It wasn’t super clean - noticed some tissues down the side of the bed and the bath tub had the plug in and water, and hadn’t been cleaned. Fridge also smelt quite strong
