About this house rental
Within 3 minutes' walk to the beach, est 120 metres. A fully sized house with 3 double bedrooms, an added bonus of a conservatory, the deck runs the length of the house with great sea views. (This home was built in 1955, so it is a bit dated, but it is comfortable) Dining table has 8 chairs. A BBQ on the deck for guests to use. The showers have very low pressure unfortunately. The 2nd bathroom is outside with shower and toilet in a little shed ideal for after your swim. Full size kitchen. Plenty of parking outside. A short walk to the beach and playground est 120 meters, then just a bit further along is a Shop/Takeaways/Cafe. Close to Coopers Beach with its small group of shops which includes a large 4 Square, Close to Mangonui with its lovely Restaurants. The Decoration is a bit dated. (Discount for 7 day or longer stay)

Guests must adhere to the number of guests booked in, extra guest will not be tolerated, without prior consent.
Parties are not allowed as we have other tenants who live downstairs and noise should be kept to an acceptable level, with the noise level reduced after 10.00 pm.

Great view of the beach, which was just down the road, and the waves could be heard at night.

This property is in a great location for a visit to Cable Bay. The view is fantastic and there is a lot of space. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom was clean enough. Surfaces that regularly got cleaned were fine but there were some cobwebs here and there and it looked like it had been quite some time since anyone has given the top of the refrigerator or cupboards some attention. The property could use a deep clean and maybe a fresh coat of paint.
