Its location is close to the beach and other amenities and yet fairly quiet for being a city. The owner made it very easy and convenient to get into the place. It’s quite large.
It’s fairly average and can use some fixing up but overall the price value for what you get is really good. Very easy to get to different amenities. Did not have a TV and did not serve breakfast.

Great location and good value for money. Expect a local private cosy apartment - as if shared by a friend in Nice (not sterile hotel-like room).
Sophie was very kind and let me check out really late (I had an evening flight), which helped me enjoy the full day!
The bed was ok for me, but probably not good for someone who needs a very comfortable bed.
The bed sheets and towels - better if they would be standard white color, hotel-like feel for guests (not coloured), but its just a personal preference.

Very clean apartment, perfect for a city trip. 10 minutes from the center, 5 minutes from the beach. I would recommend to sleep with earplugs as at the evening you can hear a music from the center, but with earplugs I slept very well. Sonia, the owner, was on the phone and very helpful.

This is no B&B. You just rent a room in someone else's apartment. Even the cupboards in "your room" are filled with Sonia's personal belongings and there is no space for yours.
